Returns and Exchanges Rules
- Items must be returned within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our shipping center) for a refund, or within 45 days for an exchange.
- The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
- We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
- Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
- Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25% of the sales price depending on the item, exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance charges. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
- If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
Return Your Order
GemJewelryFashion.com is dedicated to satisfying you with your jewelry purchase and our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days ( Of the date your order was shipped from our Shipping Center) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fee, jewelry gift box, or 6-15% restocking fee.
Please follow these procedures to return or exchange your item(s):
1.Contact our Customer Service Department and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
2.Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the Return Form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
3.Send your item(s) with Original Packing Material Return Form, and Original Invoice to us with Insurance, Delivery Confirmed, and keep the tracking number for your tracking and records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "Fine Jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4.After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5.A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- In order to ship your orders in 24 hours, your order must be confirmed and your credit card authorized by 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods.
- Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
- All International Shipping requires a valid Local Phone Number.
You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
