GemJewelryFashion.com is dedicated to satisfying you with your jewelry purchases and our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days ( Of the date your order was shipped from our Shipping Center) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fee, jewelry gift box, and 6-15% restocking fee.

Please follow these procedures to return or exchange your item(s):

1. Contact our Customer Service Department and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.

2. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the Return Form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.

3. Send your item(s) with Original Packing Material Return Form, and Original Invoice to us with Insurance, Delivery Confirmed, and keep the tracking number for your tracking and records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "Fine Jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).

• Items must be returned within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our shipping center) for a refund, or within 45 days for an exchange.
• The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
• We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
• Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
• Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
• Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 6-15% depending on the item, exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance charges. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
• If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.

Gifts to third parties are not refundable and can only be exchanged.
